This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including (but not limited to) via our websites, social media, by telephone, email, mail and when you apply form to become a New Image™ Member. It can also be collected from third parties, for example where it is provided with your consent or where an application is made in joint names. It includes but is not limited to:

• Contact Information: Name, address, email address, and phone numbers.

• Financial Information: Bank account details and credit card information for processing payments.

• Payment details processed securely by online sales are not stored by New Image™. 

• Transaction Information: Purchase history, order details and product preferences.

• Third Parties: From affiliated partners and public databases, where permitted by law.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, and the marketing of our products and services. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. To help manage your membership, personal information, including your name, customer number, contact details and purchase history are disclosed to your direct sponsor and your upline. The same applies if your direct sponsor or upline resides outside New Zealand. Security of Personal Information
